As an NSCA CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach, ACE-certified personal trainer, CPR and first aid certified, Plus-Plyos-plyometric and speed certified, and corrective exercise specialist, Coach Troy brings a comprehensive skill set to the table.
Growing up, Coach Troy played sports but often found himself injured and a step slow. After tearing his ACL it drove him to pursue a deeper understanding of fitness and injury prevention, shaping his unique approach to training that combines scientific knowledge with practical strategies.
