After tearing his ACL it drove him to pursue a deeper understanding of fitness and injury prevention, shaping his unique approach to training that combines scientific knowledge with practical strategies. At TJW Performance, we specialize in helping both adults and youth athletes enhance performance, build strength, lose weight, improve mobility, and prevent or recover from injuries.
